By accessing or using Invuno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invuno provides an online invoice generation and management platform. The Service allows you to:

  • Create, edit, and manage professional invoices
  • Store invoice data securely in the cloud
  • Export invoices as PDF documents
  • Access premium features with a Pro subscription

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan: Limited features, available to all users at no cost.

Pro Plan: Premium features available through subscription:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the invoice data and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Invuno and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That all data will be preserved indefinitely

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invuno shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Invuno harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of your jurisdiction.
